Once your payment is verified, we will proceed to process your order within 1-2 working days. This involves verifying your payment, conducting quality control checks, and packaging your order. Delivery is contingent upon receiving and confirming the full payment.

Typically, we aim to process orders on the same day when payments are confirmed during weekdays. Orders confirmed after 2 PM will be processed on the following day. If your order confirmation falls on a Friday, processing will occur on the subsequent Monday.

Please be aware that processing times may be extended during peak order periods.

Our order processing occurs during weekdays, specifically from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. We ship items every weekday, excluding weekends and public holidays. It's important to note that our order processing involves payment verification, preparation, and handover to the shipping company.

Happyfit Indonesia is not responsible for any risks of losing after the shipping company delivers to your address. Customers are responsible if the shipping company can't deliver the goods on time due to an incomplete address, no recipient at the address, or the recipient rejects the goods. If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to the customer's conditions.
We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible for all fees charged by the shipping company - both for sending and returning the product to us.
